Well, really this is the part where I try to convince you that you should bother reading my madness, yes? Aside from a love of anime engendered by all those episodes of Robotech (yes, I curse Harmony Gold as much as you) as a child, I have a B.A., an M.A., and am working to an M.F.A., all in English -- creative writing, though all of these programs have (by my choice at this point) featured a lot of literature as well. I mean to get around to writing serious articles about anime at some point, if I could ever find some precedents. Also, I'm pretty funny. Just not here, because I'm not sure anyone will ever read this.
